BIG Dumpster now offers valet trash services in Mooresville, Troutman, Statesville, and across the greater Lake Norman region. After years of managing waste challenges in apartment communities, we saw the need for a better system. So, we’ve launched valet trash services built for today’s property managers and residents.
Residents don’t want to walk bags of trash across the property at night. Managers don’t want to deal with complaints or messes. Our valet trash model solves both. Forget about overflowing dumpsters, unreliable nighttime pickups, and messy breezeways. Our valet trash program replaces the outdated model with a simple, daytime system that works.
This isn’t the old model of trash bags left out in the open at night. Our service operates on a clean, modern system designed around daytime pickup, secure containment, and full-service support. We work with apartment property managers and ownership groups, not individual tenants, and we bring consistency where other services fall short.
Here’s what makes our valet trash services model different and better:
And if you leave bulk items left by the dumpster, we take care of those too — nothing sits more than 48 hours.
We offer two structured service tiers designed to meet the needs of multifamily properties of all sizes. Both tiers prioritize cleanliness, efficiency, and consistency, with no hidden charges and full transparency.

Our valet trash service is purpose-built for multifamily properties, including apartment communities, condominiums, and student housing. Whether your portfolio includes 50 units or 500, we have the infrastructure, staff, and experience to deliver consistent results at scale.
This is a property-wide service. Individual residents do not sign up. Agreements are made directly with property managers or ownership groups. Once the property is enrolled, all units are included under a flat per-unit rate.
Our crews operate between 8 AM and 10 AM—no night shifts, noise complaints, or missed pickups in the dark. Daytime service improves visibility, reliability, and overall execution.
We staff trained, full-time employees, not part-time night workers. That means better consistency, stronger accountability, and clear communication with your on-site teams.
Our service model is shaped by over 15 years in waste management, including nightly routes across more than a dozen properties. We’ve seen the problems and solved them.
