We work with apartment property managers and ownership groups, not individual tenants, and we bring consistency where other services fall short.

How It Works - A Smarter Way of Waste Collection

Here’s what makes our valet trash services model different and better:

  • Every apartment unit gets a weather-resistant trash storage bin placed just outside the door. These bins keep odors and animals out and hold up to two standard kitchen bags.
  • Residents bag their trash and place it in the bin during a set daytime window, Monday through Friday.
  • Our full-time team collects all trash during daylight hours, eliminating noise complaints, missed pickups, and management headaches.

And if you leave bulk items left by the dumpster, we take care of those too — nothing sits more than 48 hours.

Standard Valet Trash

$15 per unit/month

2-year minimum agreement required

  • Daytime collection, Monday–Friday
  • Individual trash storage bin at each unit (included)
  • No visible bags—waste stays sealed, secure, and out of sight
  • Full-time collection crews with consistent scheduling
  • Bulk item collection from the dumpster area
  • Typically billed to residents at $30–$40/month

Full-Service Trash Management

$22 per unit/month

3-year minimum agreement required

Includes everything in the Standard Valet Trash package, plus:

  • Roll-off dumpster installed and managed on-site
  • Up to 8 common-area cans emptied weekly
  • All trash is removed from the property the same day it’s collected
  • Monthly or on-demand photo updates of the dumpster area
  • Replaces the need for compactors and third-party haulers

Trash storage bins are provided at no additional cost with all multi-year agreements.

Who It’s For

Our valet trash service is purpose-built for multifamily properties, including apartment communities, condominiums, and student housing. Whether your portfolio includes 50 units or 500, we have the infrastructure, staff, and experience to deliver consistent results at scale.

This is a property-wide service. Individual residents do not sign up. Agreements are made directly with property managers or ownership groups. Once the property is enrolled, all units are included under a flat per-unit rate.

FAQ'S

We provide a holiday service calendar at the start of each contract. In the event of severe weather, we notify property managers in advance of any schedule adjustments and offer make-up collection within 24 hours when safe.
Our standard valet service runs Monday through Friday. Weekend service is available for properties with specific needs, but it requires a custom plan and rate structure. Contact us to explore weekend options.
At the time of rollout, we provide printed door notices and optional staff-led walkthroughs to explain usage rules. We also offer signage templates and can send compliance reminders if management requests them.
Our bins are designed for ease of use and can be placed at heights and locations that meet ADA accessibility standards. We work with management to ensure placement accommodates all residents.
Bins are inspected regularly and replaced at no charge if they become damaged through normal use. Cleaning services can be scheduled quarterly or as needed for high-traffic properties.
We report misuse (like loose trash or overfilling) to property management with photo evidence. Managers can choose to address it directly or request a follow-up from our team.
